Mindful Yoga Resiliency 12 Week Course open for Registration

EEY will begin our next Mindful Yoga Resiliency February 11th. We are open for enrollment. This is a closed program and is only done by pre-registration. We have 12 spots available for the next session. Our program follows the Veterans Yoga Project 12 week protocol. You do not need to be a Veteran to register for the course. There is no charge for this 12 week session.

Veterans Yoga Project teaches self-regulation skills. Our Mindful Resilience/Mindful Yoga Therapy program consists of five tools: Breath, Meditation, Mindful Movement, Guided Rest, and Gratitude. These practices are adapted and delivered to maximize their ability to undo the nervous system dysfunctions that underlie symptoms of stress-related conditions.
