Join us for this relaxing combination of hiking and yoga in Castlewood Canyon State Park. Participants will hike around a 4-mile loop, strolling through the local Canyon, passing a beautiful waterfall and finding unity within nature. At the mid-point of the hike we will join together for a centering yoga practice. Our yoga practice will be gentle in nature, moving and flowing with ease. Please wear comfortable clothes and option to bring a durable yoga mat to rest on the dirt. Dress in layers that are flexible to move in; jeans are not recommended. Remember to wear sun protection for the hike such as a hat and sunscreen. During our Yoga break you have the opportunity to take in nature with a peaceful lunch or snack. We will have a 45-60 min break in our hike. This Hike is not paved so please wear appropriate footwear. We will be hiking the Rimrock trail and Creek Bottom Trail. Creek Bottom is an easy-moderate hike and Rimrock is a moderate to difficult hike. There is an option to only complete the Creek Bottom hike.
