Past Life Regression Workshop w/Dawn Bates

Past Life Regression Therapy helps you tap into your subconscious mind to experience your past lives, in order to look at experiences that are blocking your progress in the current life. Our past life memories are stored in the deepest part of the mind where it’s difficult to access on a conscious level.

During this workshop: Dawn with the use guided imagery to lead you into a profound state of relaxation, where you will visit the past life most relevant to your current life situation. You will have an opportunity to find out who you were, including your name, age, where and you lived, and what your vocation or role in your community was. Perhaps there is a gift or lesson learned you can bring forward to help move forward on your current path.

Once the past life regression is finished, you have the opportunity to share what you experienced. Or, you can relax and just listen to what others experienced as you integrate your own experience. All are welcome.

A Year to Live Workshop

A Year to Live Workshop

If you received a terminal diagnosis and had one year of life left, what would you do? Would you alter your lifestyle? Would you right all your wrongs? Would you finally complete your bucket list? Would you spend it grieving over the life you failed to live? Would your view of the world change?

Naturally, we fend off the thought of death; we avoid the feelings that arise and push through each day living for the future and reliving our past. We neglect to be in the present moment. In this year-long workshop, we will prepare for your death. Each month we will work through your last year of life. We will learn how to cultivate a life worth living by being present in each moment, living each day mindfully, and each minute as if it were your last.

The workshop will give you an opportunity that does not happen in most natural deaths. It gives you time to handle unfinished business that you have been pushing off, being to cultivate a new and empowering relationship with your life.

We will work through this process by guided meditations, self-discovery practices, self-care techniques, and Stephen Levine's practical death strategies.

Price: We will meet twice a month to work through our last year of life. This workshop is donation based; donations we are accepted at the time of each session or a one-time donation. We leave the amount and when you donate up to each participant.

Pre-Requisite: Once you enroll in the workshop you will receive your Pre-requisite reading.

Fall In Love With Yourself

The most important relationship you will ever have in your life is the relationship with yourself. If you want to discover why it is so important to Love yourself unconditionally, register now in the workshop! In this workshop you will learn • What Self-Love is and is not • To know yourself, to understand who you are & to accept yourself • To face your inner critic and become your best friend • The tools and techniques to Love yourself no matter what

What’s on the agenda? I’ll be speaking extensively about my own vision of radical self love, & how it has evolved for me personally! What does radical self love look like? How can you take those ideas & translate them into revolutionary personal action?

We’ll talk about loving what you see in the mirror, how to romance yourself, & how to “unstuck” yourself when you don’t know how to move forward in your radical self love mission!

We’ll examine the menagerie of messages we’re sending out to the world about ourselves, & how we can tweak the ways we interact with people! We’ll discuss the obstacles & perilous hindrances that most often derail the radical self love journey, & how to STOMP them out (without mercy)!

I’ll dish out lots of amazing homework ideas, projects & exercises to put into your radical self love bible over the course of the month! Best of all, there will be plenty of Q&A, because it’s often when you get your problems solved! I’ll be taking questions in advance–so please let me know what YOU want to know about radical self love!

Three Minute Egg - Workshop 4 Yin to the Night

Yin to the Night

Settle into bliss as you steep in a nourishing series of yin and restorative postures supported by the only prop ergonomically designed to nurture the human form. What makes the Eggs so amazing for Restorative yoga? Because your body’s NOT square! Just because you’re comfortable doesn’t mean it’s not yoga.

The Three Minute Egg® is your One-Stop Yoga Prop. This new concept in yoga accessories combines the benefits of a block, bolster, belt and blanket, and packs them into one incredibly beautiful, versatile, and easily transportable tool.

An ergonomic yoga block designed to work with the shape of your body, the Three Minute Egg® offers an unparalleled combination of comfort, protection, and support in both dynamic and restorative postures. No matter what style of yoga you enjoy, regardless what level of flexibility you have attained, the Three Minute Egg® will add new dimensions to your practice.

As a student of yoga, the Egg promises you the optimal amount of support available. We will teach you dozens of ways to use Eggs in postures, as well as introduce you to basic Egg philosophy, terminology, and application in poses.
