With a profile you can see our schedule, see who is teaching, sign up for classes, and workshops/events, pay in advance, and reserve your spot much like an airplane seat! All fromthe convenience of your phone! Or, you can also just show up and we'll get you signed in for class.

No experience required! This is for beginners or yoga newbies, those who are just getting into yoga perhaps due to doctor's orders and don't want to feel intimidated, or those who are restarting a gentle practice due to surgery, injury, or other limitations. Classes will focus on foundational poses; pose variations, the use of props, and breathing techniques. Emphasis will be on discovering and paying attention to the mind-body connection so you can find a yoga practice that is just right for you!
*Mindful Yoga Resiliency
The focus of this program is to empower public servants with powerful mindfulness practices for cultivating resilience to stress and peak performance on the job. By bringing yoga, meditation and mindfulness training to law enforcement officials, firefighters, EMTs, paramedics and other first responders across the nation, we can offer these individuals valuable tools to help them stay present and observant at times of intense stress. These practices can also support individuals who are experiencing symptoms of post-traumatic stress or secondary traumatic stress, due to the life-or-death situations they face in the line of duty.
*Yoga For First Responders

A perfect follow on yoga class from the Mindful Yoga Resiliency, Yoga Basics or Yoga for First Responders. This is a slower, more limbically activated movement yoga class that helps the individual reset the nervous system and reduce/eliminate muscular tension. We continue to rebuild at the somatic level, putting the pieces back together so we have a integrated whole person in body, mind, and spirit. There is a phenomenon known as Post-Traumatic Growth (PTG) where trauma can be a path forward for unimaginable growth. This class is available to all our clients.
*Ocean Flow (SUP Yoga on Dry Land)
Take your yoga practice to another level. This really works your core! Doing yoga on a surface that is constantly in motion fires up your core muscles and strengthens muscles that aren't called on in your everyday practice. You will definitely feel muscles that don't activate on the ground! Learn the techniques on DRY land before you spend a lot of money taking a SUP Yoga class on your next tropical vacation and you find yourself in the water more than on the board; although that can be fun too.
If you suffer from tension, chronic pain, or prolonged pain after exercise or other activity, then this class is definitely for you! Pain is a trigger for your nervous system to stay in the Sympathetic Nervous System which is extremely unhealthy. This class will focus on helping clients sooth and relieve pain, stuck stress, and overall tension in the body. You'll learn how to self-access your current state using a mind-body connection, apply self soothing techniques, and then re-access your current state at the end of class. You are guaranteed you'll feel tons better after this class.
The perfect class for those who are injured, stressed out, ill, ill, or those who need a very gentle practice looking to regain quality of life they used to have but lost. Stressed out? Can't relax or shut it off? Can't she'd excess weight around your middle? Stress can be the reason! Then this class is for you! Instructors will guide you through a series of static poses completely supported by props designed to help you unwind, distress, and relax. After class, you’ll feel better than when you arrived. Restorative is completey intended to to heal broken bodies. This class is like a bubble bath with wine, candles, and soft music but on a yoga mat! Reducing stress from your life has a multitude of benefits from better sleep, lower blood pressure, and weight loss! Everyone will benefit from this class. Think of it as a sort of yoga spa experience.
Back To Basics
The reason for embarking on your yoga journey is different from person to person. Regardless of the reason, we are happy to introduce you to the power of yoga. This class is designed for complete beginners, people that after a long break but want to get back into yoga; or experienced yogis that want to get back to their roots. In this class the student will learn the basic principles of alignment and technique, while slowly stretching and strengthening the body with the use of props. We will explore breathing techniques, mediation and how to personalize our practice. Build your foundation while having fun.
Tone up your core or "powerhouse" and the rest of your body with Pilates to create that long, lean look. Class is on the mat and uses light weights, small balls, and Pilate’s circles. Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up. Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity.
This class follows the Ashtanga sequence. If you like consistency, this class is for you. It is a great opportunity to build strength and to measure your progress. This class has been condensed from a 90 minute practice to a 60 minute practice.
This class is done to room temperature. You’ll flow from one pose to another in carefully designed sequences. Music ranges from tranquil to upbeat popular hits.
Zen Flow is set up like your normal Vinyasa flow with an extra element. Explore the true connection of Mind and Body with this class as the class is done with your eyes closed. The instructors will use distinct cuing to allow you to easily move from one movement to the next.
**Closing your eyes is not mandatory, the lights will be dimmed to give you minimal lighting.
